No customer service or communication.
No customer service! Waited 35+ minutes and finally gave up. They took the money for the order last week and still haven't shipped. If I can ever get my money back, never again.

Terrible customer service and arrogant company
Terrible customer service. Keep you holding for >30 minutes and never respond to email.

Horrible support
Horrible support. No one ever replies to requests. Can't return a pair of pants because the shipment still shows as shipped and not delivered despite having these for two weeks now. Will never order from again.

Great Shoes
Comfortable golf shoes at reasonable price, with stylish look. The no cleat design still gave secure footing even on wet ground.
